Terms & Conditions
By booking with AM Executive Travel and Transfers Ltd, customers agree to the following
terms and conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AM Executive Travel and
Transfers Ltd.
The business reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information including:
Pickup and destination addresses
Contact details
Passenger numbers
Luggage requirements
Flight details where applicable
Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service provided.
2. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.
Depending on the booking type, full payment or a deposit may be required in advance.
The business reserves the right to refuse service where payment arrangements have not
been met.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the AM Executive Travel and Transfers Ltd Refund
& Cancellation Policy.
4. Waiting Time
Reasonable complimentary waiting time may be provided depending on the booking type.
Additional waiting time may be charged where delays exceed the agreed allowance.
Airport pickups may include flight monitoring where flight information has been provided.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles at all times.
The business reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey if a passenger:
Behaves aggressively or abusively
Causes damage to the vehicle
Poses a safety risk
Is excessively intoxicated
Uses illegal substances
No refund will normally be provided in these circumstances.
6. Damage and Cleaning Charges
Customers may be held responsible for the cost of repairing damage or cleaning vehicles
where damage or excessive soiling has occurred during a booking.
7. Smoking, Vaping and Alcohol
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in company vehicles.
Alcohol consumption may only be permitted at the driver’s discretion and in accordance
with licensing and legal requirements.
8. Children and Child Seats
Customers are responsible for requesting child seats where required.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, availability cannot
always be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children during the journey.
9. Luggage
Customers must ensure luggage requirements are declared at the time of booking.
The business reserves the right to refuse excess luggage that cannot be safely
accommodated.
Passengers remain responsible for their belongings at all times.
10.Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
AM Executive Travel and Transfers Ltd will not be liable for delays, cancellations or
disruption caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
Severe weather
Traffic congestion
Road closures
Vehicle breakdowns
Accidents
Industrial action
Public events
Force majeure events
Reasonable efforts will always be made to minimise disruption and provide updates where
possible.
11. Liability
The business maintains appropriate licensing and insurance required for private hire
operations.
However, AM Executive Travel and Transfers Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Missed flights, trains or appointments caused by circumstances outside reasonable
control
Property left in vehicles
Customers are advised to allow suitable time margins when arranging travel.
12. Lost Property
Any property found in vehicles will be retained for a reasonable period where possible.
Reasonable charges may apply for returning lost items.
13.Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with the company Privacy Policy and UK
data protection legislation.
14 Amendment of Terms
AM Executive Travel and Transfers Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms &
Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the company website.
